30 Days Plank Challenges
For Absolute Beginners
Start with only 15 seconds plank of 3 reps (5+5+5). Gradually train yourself to achieve 50 seconds plank after 30 days.
For Advanced Levels
If your goal is to achieve 2 min plank, choose this level. Start with easy 20 sec plank and gradually train yourself for 2 min.
For Expert Users
Already have a strong core, choose this level. Start with 30 sec plank for the first day. Train yourself to plank for 5 min at the end of the challenge.
